We didn't like the headboard and soft pillows. The pillows got pushed through the opening in the headboard. Wish there had been a bathroom vent.

When I opened the door to go into my room the light fixture fluttered and took forever to come onto then show a dingy room with scratched furniture and a carpet that needs a good vaccum...the shower was handicapped for a wheelchair (though I am not in need and per the desk they were NOT booked fully)...if I wanted the h2o which is complementry everywhere else it is $2 USD each here...as to the free wifi to go on they tell you if it isn't free in that area YOU PAY...and in the morning the free complementry breakfast does not exist...you are greeted and told 2 options being $10 or $16...the Hilton is a rip off...would never reccommend it to anyone

Solid hotel. Always good for a show. Prices are a bit extreme for what's on offer but that's business. The check in process felt like it could have gonw a bit faster.

The beds were soft and squeaky. Air unit didn’t have a constant fan option. None of the bottles of shampoo, etc... had anything in them. Great location and staff, but overall a disappointing stay.

It was convenient location to the DCU center. I did not like the parking situation as it is across the street in and unsafe area. The hot tub didn’t work, the light in the room had an electrical issue, the shower was beyond slippery and the bathroom shower curtain was stained. It was way to expensive for the quality of the room. I expected a much better experience

This was a convenient location however they were no channels but 2 on the tv, tv seemed old called front desk asked to speak to a manager they wouldn’t put me through “there’s nothing they gonna do. For the price is not worth it.

Workers are AMAZING
Every single person we met who was working at this hotel was amazing. The manager Amy is extremely accommodating and truly will go above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay. She was so nice to us during a difficult time. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.
