Did not like paying $15 to park car. Have never been charged when staying at Hampton Inn in the past. Also, the microwave was positioned on lowest shelf. Had to sit on floor and use flashlight to see the buttons. Did not receive a receipt, was told it would be emailed. Have still not received it.

Overall a lovely hotel- although quite expensive for Worcester. Be careful which room they give you- some are across from a hotel or apt complex and we had people across from our windows loud and rowdy until 4am. Ice makers didn’t work - paid for parking and there were no spots but were able to park on the street and get the fee returned to us. Breakfast was good but there was no bacon or sausage. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful.

Upon arrival there was confusion regarding parking. Yes, it's a shared lot with the Marriott: Courtyard Hotel. It's $15/day for parking which is ridiculous. Perhaps a charge if more than 2 vehicles? Anyway, check in was fairly quick. Diana at guest services
