Tamarin is a spacious ground-floor apartment, perfectly situated within walking distance of Woolacombe’s award-winning beach, renowned for its three miles of golden sands.  
Six steps lead up to this charming ground-floor apartment, which is all on one level inside. Upon entering, you’re welcomed into a spacious hallway, with most of the rooms conveniently branching off from here. The bright and airy master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, overlooks the lawned area at the front of the property, offering a peaceful retreat. The living room, furnished with a large, comfy sofa and matching chair, provides the perfect space to unwind and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day at the beach. From here, you can step out onto the private decked patio—a delightful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an alfresco evening meal while taking in the serene views of the North Devon countryside. The modern, well-equipped galley-style kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room. Just off the dining room, you’ll find the cosy twin bedroom, while the family bathroom completes the accommodation. Tamarin also includes its own allocated parking space, adding convenience to this relaxing coastal escape.  
This accessibility-friendly property is perfectly situated, just a short stroll from the village center and Woolacombe’s stunning three-mile stretch of sandy beach, making it an excellent choice for all age groups. There’s no shortage of activities to enjoy in and around this popular seaside resort. Start with a scenic coastal walk to Morte Point along a picturesque section of the South West Coast Path—you might even spot seals if you’re lucky! At the north end of Woolacombe, Barricane Beach offers a unique dining experience with a café serving delicious Sri Lankan curries right on the sand, perfect for savouring as the sun sets. For surf enthusiasts, Woolacombe and nearby Croyde are part of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve, boasting some of the UK’s best waves and an unforgettable experience for surfers of all levels.

Bedroom 1 : Master King size bedroom with solid wood wardrobe, dressing table and bedsides.  
Living room: large comfortable sofa and matching chair. Large Smart TV, DVD player and electric fire. Patio door leading to decked patio with table and chairs.  
Kitchen: Well equipped modern fitted kitchen with gas range oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, variety of kitchen utensils.  
Dining Room: Table and chairs seating 4. Large comfortable chair and TV.  
Bedroom 2 : Twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside.  
Bathroom : Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.  
Garden: Small decked patio off living room with garden furniture and views of the North Devon countryside in the distance.  
Parking: One private car parking space.  
Pets: No Pets allowed  
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Wi Fi Broadband. Gas central heating. Patio furniture. Private parking for 1 car. Highchair available. Iron, ironing board. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Friday.  
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.
