Located in an elevated position overlooking the popular beach resort of Woolacombe, this spacious beach villa is just 300 metres from the huge expanse of surfing sands and all village amenities. The house has a reverse design to take advantage of the spectacular coastal views. A large, open-plan living area on the first floor offers style and space, with a high, sloping ceiling, a large comfy sofa and stylish easy chairs. Arched floor-to-ceiling glazed doors open out onto an enclosed, decked balcony extending the living space and providing an ideal spot to relax and admire the views over the National Trust headland and Woolacombe Bay. A high-quality kitchen and dining area provides all you would need for special meals with family and friends or leisurely breakfasts planning the day ahead. On the lower floor, the spacious master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors to a covered patio. This outdoor space offers sea views alongside a hot outdoor shower and storage for surfboards, cycles and beach equipment – handy after days out in the surf.
