Was very happy with our stay! The room was very spacious and had enough room for the three of us. The staff was very courteous, kind, and accommodating. The town was wonderful and was very peaceful! Would come and stay again.

Hotel was good enough. My only Complaint was they didn’t have breakfast in the morning. They had cereal and milk. But no eggs, bacon, sausage ect. They had the containers for everything but nothing was made up. Odd?

We were told breakfast would be at 6:30 am.got down to lobby no breakfast, was told 7:00am got there at 7, no breakfast. The 2 clerk were setting brhind yhe counter talking. most likey my last stay with yall

Nice stay
Nice stay, comfortable. Toilet was made for pre schoolers. Needed hand rails to get up. Toilet also needed a part to keep it from leaking.

Bed Bugs. You've been warned.
Bed bugs! Room 203. My spouse and I were covered in bed bug bites across our backs and legs. The room, hallway and stairwell had several open outlets and light switches with no covers and bare live wires exposed. The sink faucet was lose and not attached to the bathroom counter top. Parts of the ceiling were missing and falling out. Indoor pool was "out of order". The condition of the property is horrendous. We are throughly disgusted with our stay.

We checked in and then found out only afterwards that there was a bed bug infestation so we had to move to another hotel.

Room was fine...full fridge and stove for longer stays. Good bed and water pressure for shower. Lobby is tired and free breakfast was sadly lacking.

Property was under construction when we arrived in Aug 2023 and didn't not know this. Main hall and downstairs needed cleaning, but the room was clean and comfortable. The A/c unit worked but was disassembled, so not quite ready for guests. It was fine for a quick overnight stay, but double check with hotel before planning to stay long

Arrived at the hotel for an extremely late night check in. After paying and checking in I ask when is breakfast and the receptionist said oh we don't serve breakfast I said what time is the pool open The receptionist replied The pool's not open. So I spent thd I spend extra money for these amenities that you guys have the ability to have but you don't have them available. Not to mention half your parking lot and half of your business is currently under construction and cannot be used. I would be willing to bet that they don't put that information online because nobody will book at that hotel because of that tired I would have got a refund state anywhere but there now the room I did get was very nice

So much remodeling and dust in the air it should have been closed. The room we were in was evidence the motel needed refurbished.

I realize things happen daily but it would of been nice to know that you all were renovating the place. There were boxes and all kind of stuff everywhere. We actually had to use the flashlight on my phone to see down the hallway to get to our room. Our room was clean bed a little bit hard but all in all not to bad. Just would of liked a heads up on the renovation that were taking place.

We ended up getting a refund, the place was under renovation and a disaster, we weren’t made aware about it prior to arriving. Our kids started crying they were scared to stay there. We got a refund without too much issue, and moved on down the road with a different hotel.

PREFACE - They were under construction when I was there. The room was AMAZING, beautiful, clean large and very well looked after. The hotel staff, in particular Courtney, were excellent and friendly as possible. This will be a 5STAR once the construction is done. That said, the rooms and common areas (including the very large uncluttered breakfast area) that were open were clean and very very well maintained. Highly recommended and once the pool and halls are down it will be beautiful.

Was unaware of construction that the facility was undergoing. Booked hotel for the pool and breakfast which were both out of service due to remodel. No access to ice at all or vending machines. The side access door had to remain propped open because the key pad doesn’t work. Mattresses were sub par. No extra linen or pillows available for hidabed in sofa

Hotels.com allowed a booking to a hotel that had flooded and was closed for remodel. On arrival I learned the hotel was closed and had been for weeks. I hold hotels.com responsible and want my free night stamp back along with the taxes I paid.

The woman at the front desk, doesn't know how to access the reservations, and no showed my client, leaving them traveling all night, and the unable to get a room. The booking agent was attempting to contact her, and she was hanging up the phone on the booking agent. She was racist, She made a mention that she wouldnt help Black, or Mexican americans. There is no way this woman should keep her job.

I have stayed here four years ago. The property was well maintained then. This will be the last time I stay here. The room was comfortable and clean that is the only positive I can say about this property. On the Hotels.com site it shows a pool, but nothing is working here. The elevator, pool and breakfast area are closed. We arrived at 9:40 and it was dark in the parking lot. The clerk at the front said the lights were on a timer to come on at 10pm. Nothing was welcoming about this place except that the bed and room were cool and comfortable. It was a quiet stay no loud noises. LaQuinta needs to do some major repairs and updating on this property, plus hire people that can manage it and keep the property up to date.
