The property was clean and ready for our stay, they have a nice patio area outside that we fully enjoyed after work each night of our stay. The area was peaceful and quiet and the walk to the lake was short. We were surprised by the lack of mosquitos and other bugs being so close to the lake and nestled amongst mature trees and wooded areas. they really did a great job with this property.
