"I made my reservation a month in advance and requested a king suite for my stay since I was going to be staying several days and wanted to be comfortable and not just have a desk chair and a bed when I was back in the room. When I went to check-in I was informed there were no king suites available and got stuck in a King ADA room that had a musky odor. I paid for a king suite even thou I was in a king ADA room which I am not pleased with"

"The name change was confusing as I’m a regular customer. They are currently going through renovations floor by floor but doesn’t much effect non renovation areas. My rooms AC was not functioning, so they immediately moved me to a different room. Great hotel in a great area."

"Cannot beat it for the price! If you’re looking to be far away from it all. (We were) The views of the pond. So gorgeous. We saw turtles and jumping fish every day. So peaceful and secluded. The trails around the property are awesome. So many stars at night, wow. We saw the hugest shooting star out by the fire! We heard owls and coyotes. Our dog was even more relaxed here than at home! Will definitely be returning. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
