Thank you so much for your hospitality. I have enjoyed my stay and had easy access to everything i needed.

It was my first visit to The Porter House and I was generally happy with my stay. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, which they were able to accommodate. It was a lovely touch to see my name displayed on the TV when we entered the room, and a bottle of wine and a hand-written card. It's the little things that made the stay enjoyable. The check-in staff were also very lovely and helpful. I really appreciated them. Rooms: Spacious enough for 2 people. The bed was huge. I love the design and curation behind the decor of the room. The iPad controls were nice, such as automatic curtain openers and light controls. It would have been nice to have extra hooks in the room. I found it hard to find places to hang my towel, robe and bags. Coffee machine was a convenient addition to the room. Cleanliness: Given that I had paid almost $400 per night, I think there should have been extra attention to detail in the cleaning. There were a few crumbs in between the armchairs. It would have been nice for house keeping to vacuum the room more thoroughly as some times, there would be hair left behind. Would also be good to clean the shower grouts every once in a while. Other: One thing that was a bit annoying was the signal. My mum wasn't able to get signal while inside the room, and the TV kept freezing. There were also a lot of older shows on so the options on TV seemed a bit limited.

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.

Door hinges and handles definitely need some lubricants! Squeaking noises all over the place. Noises from the hall way easily penetrates the door. Light switches labels are hard to read and buttons are hard to use. Bathroom cleaning needs more attention to detail. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Quite disappointed given it’s Hilton.

Everything was good except the restaurant.
