Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue no breakfast on offer. Maybe due to some works being done. But great location. In City Centre by the football ground. Good price too
