Has everything you will need including heaps of extras in the kitchen and entertainment. Has own garage (we fitted a xtrail in it) and an off street parking space. Full laundry and additional separate toilet off main living/ kitchen/ dining and outdoor area with bench seats and table. Upstairs has the 2 bedrooms with large robes and full bathroom facilities including large corner bath.No air-conditioning but don't let this deter you, the cool sea breeze kept the property cool with the windows and doors open.
