TERRIBLE! I have been harassed here. Check in was awful, I paid extra for a king sized bed. They did not have. The next day, the cleaning lady WALKED IN ON ME. That was a terrifying and uncomfortable experience that has never happened to me. She said that her phone does not show who is checking out or now. When I was checking in, I requested a late checkout and the person at the front desk said no problem you can check out at 3pm. The day of check out I was constantly being harassed and my door was being knocked on the whole time. There is no communication between the front desk and cleaning people. These people are poorly trained. The blame is on the managers. They have my number and promised to call me. But they never did.

Construction at 7 am ?!?
There is construction going on, and it is understandable that hey will need to work on it... but at 7 AM in the morning?!?!?! are you kidding me? I was woken up every day by banging and drilling. One of the nights there was banging and drilling outside my window as people were working on the chateu restaurant roof at like 11 at night. Ridiculous. I talked to the front desk and they assured me they would speak to a manager but clearly nothing was done because the next morning the banging and drilling continued. Additionally, the breakfast foods were just okay, but sometimes the meats did not seem fresh. I also found a STRING, yes a piece of strings, thick like a yarn in my scrambled eggs. it was cooked into them. I brought this to the attention of the lady working there and she immediately threw out the eggs and changed it out, but that left me with a sick feeling all day. The bed was also terribly stiff, I woke up with back pain every day. I was here for 5 nights for a work trip and this was my second time here. I don't know if there will be ta third.

Worth the stay
We stayed here for a 1 night stay to go shopping at the Burlington Mall and an appointment in Boston. Very convenient off 95 and a quick drive to 93. Close to many conveniences and a 10 minute drive to the Mall. Check in was quick and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the decor was dark and outdated. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again.

Location was great for what we needed, great service. Typical holiday inn experience. The room was showing a bit of wear and tear… there were some old stains on the wall and floors but the room was clean and we didn’t have any concerns.

Standard Holiday Inn Express. Room door had a tissue stuffed in peep hole of door. How did housekeeping miss that. Back of door needed a wipe down as well as door handles. Phone was for another room and did not work. Advised front desk when I walked down and no action was taken. Room needs an update.

People at breakfast were rude. When things ran out they did not seem diligent to refill , and gave attitude when asked if something was being made. Stopped refilling well before breakfast ended leaving not much for those who came down anytime after 8.

The staff was great with good response to our request *** The breakfast was not up to other hotels standard Very less items ,No waffles No potatoes No Bacon Should have Need breakfast black tea pacts in plenty Not all drink coffee Kitchen service was would grade #5 out of 10 Room bathroom toilets too noisy on flush waking guest next door No microwave in room, When guest have specialty food for there health reasons that facility should be given OVER ALL I WOULD RATE THE COMFORT OF OUR STAY #5 OUT OF 10

All we heard when we arrived at the hotel was that our room type (2 queen beds) was overbooked (!) and already first-come-first-served. We had no option but to accept a one king bed room for our family of four. The room was terribly small - just fit for one king bed - and the bathroom was extremely small and old. There was NO microwave in the room which I’ve never seen in my life for Holiday Inn Express. It was really a terrible start of our Boston trip. I have been a big fan of Holiday Inn Express, but no more. I will undoubtedly look for other hotels next time.

It was a one night stay sonit was ok. The TV was pixalated and not working. You can hear but not see. It's right off the highway so loud but with A/c on it was ok. The poor guy was alone in am both working front desk and filling breakfast. He worked his tail off...

The breakfast was very good. Room was clean and the staff changed the towels and made the bed every day. Free cookies in the front lobby! Easy check-in. Excellent restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Only problem was that the iron didn't work - I didn't bring this up to the hotel staff so I can't comment on any resolution to this problem.
