Cute detached house.

  • New house (2017) on a plot of 500 m², on the heights of Wissant. Country side, 10 minutes walk from the sea. 5 minutes from the center.
    Fully enclosed garden.
    Old outbuildings preserved but not accessible.
    There are still a few finishes to do: landing floor, kitchen door frame.
    Upstairs: Parents' bedroom of 14 m². Place for a baby bed.
    Large room of 24 m² with a double bed and 2 single beds. Place for a cot.
    Shower room with WC, washing machine.
