"We had an incredible stay at the Trout House. It was so good, we extended an extra week! As a family of four (two adults, two kids), we found entertainment in both the house and its location. Front-door fishing, easy access to float launches, side-by-side trails, nightly campfires, and a quick hop to the stores, restaurants, and bars in Wise River meant every day was packed with fun.We also can’t say enough about Rene, our host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went out of her way to accommodate every request we had.We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in SW Montana."

From the beginning, Keith prepared us not just for a vacation, but for memory making. He advised us from hiking, where to get grocery, fishing hot spots and seasonal conditions on the Bitterroot. It was like having an extended family member, just as excited as we were. We were thankful he was our host, as it added to our enjoyment of the week. The house itself was charming, clean, spacious and really - you need to go no further than the back porch. It's location on the river was a nonstop calming vibe of bubbling water and wildlife gazing. The location was far away from the hustle and bustle, and the simplicity of the local environment was our favorite part. We will definitely be returning. "
