We visit the dells 2-3 times a year. We usually do one “waterpark” stay, the others are a more standard hotel stay, and enjoy the other fun activities the dells has to offer. We were so impressed how clean every single area was- from the room to the pool area, and even the parking lot. Staff are so nice. We loved not having to travel far to get to the pool or front desk, our car being right in front of the room was great. Getting free Timbvatia tickets was just the cherry on the top! We will be back for sure!

Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service.

I spent six nights at the Black Hawk Motel. I was impressed with how clean our room was and the staff is very friendly. The indoor pool was nice and warm. I would definitely stay here again in the near future. I also loved that it’s in walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend staying here!!!

The motel is the "mom and pop style" and is maintained nicely. The room and bathroom were clean and AC worked great. The pool was large enough for many people to be in, but still quiet. We will stay here again.
