Great place to stay
We stayed at the property to take our grandson to Legoland. It was a great location and had everything we needed. Our grandson, 6 yrs. old, loved legoland and wants to go back. We also took a boat ride on the lakes which was really nice.

Would Rent Again!
Nice place! Great communication w/owners. Comfy beds, lots of privacy and great location...Dollar General just up the road for those little things we forgot. Rooms and bathrooms are a little darker than we are use to but good size. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Great place and location on Lake Mariam
The place was great. Was there from early January till early March. Pedro and his brother were very accommodating with anything I needed, even hot chocolate k cups. Very spacious with numerous TVs and streaming services. Worked from there with no internet issues. Used the kayak 4 times and enjoyed the quiet area and the Lake right in the back yard. Walking sidewalks to Lake Elbert and a short drive down Dundee to the center of town. Walmart was a 7-8 minute drive for food, with numerous restaurants on Cypress for anything else. Several properties, but all quiet and isolated. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This was my 1st time renting through any service like Vrbo, we normally stay in a hotel and we were so impressed how clean & comfortable our place was. When we arrived we had a couple questions and when asked we received very quick responses. My family lives in Winter Haven so coming from CT we will definitely look to rent from them again.

So much better than a hotel!
My family was in FL for my daughters trampoline nationals competition. Last year we (family of 4) stayed in a hotel for a week. This property was so much better. The property was spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer was so helpful. The kids enjoyed having a TV and a game table in their room. Area was very quiet and on the lake. The location is close to both Tampa and Orlando which gives you a lot of fun activities to do. The hosts were very gracious and offered to bring by some beach towels so I wouldnt have to pack them. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and really, really, really, close to Legoland!
The property is just as the pictures show, and as described is really close to Legoland. I don't think it took us more than 10 minutes each day to get to the park. The unit was clean when we checked in, and during our entire stay it was very quiet. I had a question about parking and the host called me seconds after texting them, very responsive! One of the best VRBOs for the price we have stayed at over the years. Already planning on booking this property again for our next Legoland trip later this year.

Nice place for a family
This was a great place to stay for a family. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The laundry machines is in good condition. The bathrooms are very nice. The beds are super comfortable. There are three Roku smart TVs with lots of options to watch, games to play, a nice little library, and a smart thermostat and Alexa audio system for music. It was just a really nice retreat at the end of the day and we were able to cook our own meals which saved us money eating out.

Comfortable but needs just a little attention.
Was very comfortable; however, needs a little work - some painting. Master shower was extremely slow draining - we had to snake the drain to use. Also had a tree frog in the tub. AC grate needed cleaned. Also wasp nest near front window by front door needs removed. Despite these items we would stay there again.

BEWARE
Our family was taking a short stop to legoland and thought this place would be perfect. The first night we noticed broken furniture (dining room & bedroom) and food etc between the couch cushions. The 2nd and final day after arriving back from Legoland exhausted we found multiple roaches. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, etc. After spending all day (8 hours) at legoland our children were exhausted so we killed the bugs and tried to sleep, getting up early to leave. When I informed the host they were extremely rude, derogatory towards us, and threatening that “no hosts will rent to you after our review”. As a successful business owner myself, I’m appalled by their unprofessional behavior. Things happen in rentals, all that was needed was an apology, but that’s not going to happen with these hosts. Disappointing.

Guest contacted us minutes before check out time demanding a full refund. She mention she had never had an experience like this before but had just signed up for VRBO and had no reviews. After the guest checked out I personally went into the unit and did not find any pest anywhere in the unit. Although we dont have any check out instructions it is courtesy to pick up after yourself. The unit was left very dirty with food all over furniture and garbage on the floor(including dirty diapers). As people can tell from our past reviews we take pride in providing a safe and clean place for people to stay.

Really put a damper on our trip and caused extra expense. The unit was not clean when we arrived. We had groceries for the weekend, but they went to waste since we had to get a hotel. We also had to pay to do laundry.

As you can see from our positive reviews that an incident like this has never happened; although not an excuse, we have a new cleaning services that is not familiar with our system and did not realize there was a guest checked out in that unit (they have received additional training). Unfortunately, Guest notified us the next day of the issue; instead of when they arrived. We immediately reached out to the guest to let them know that we have contacted Cleaning Services and that they would receive a full refund for their inconvenience and a discount on their future stay; but they had already checked out. We are a family own business and we take a lot of pride in providing excellent customer service to ensure our guest have a wonderful stay with us. If there are any issues and we are notified; we will immediately get it resolved.

Clean and easy!
Property was super clean and easy! Very close to LegoLand. On a little lake. House had all the little things one needs to cook and make their own meals. They provided sugar and creamer and coffee which was very nice. There's no cable TV, but there is wifi, so you can stream your own stuff if you have a subscription to a streaming network. This was exactly what me and my family were looking for on our trip to LegoLand. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Can’t beat it!
Look no further. We HIGHLY recommend this house and will stay here again. Perfect location and close to just about everything. I’m personally not a fan of all the streaming services and prefer cable or satellite so I can see LIVE news at night, but other than that, this could not be better. My ONLY suggestion would be some sort of clock in the master bedroom (we did not use the other bedrooms). Thanks Jin & Pedro!
