Bring your boat! 6711 Olen Trail is a place for family and friends to get together to enjoy everything that Winneconne and the surrounding area has to offer. This recently renovated home accommodates 6 guests. The house is located on a channel off of Lake Winneconne and is perfect for groups looking to enjoy some relaxing time on the lake. (20 min, 16 miles from EAA). Amenities 2 bedrooms (1x full bed; 1x queen bed) 1 queen sleeper couch in the den (not the living room) 1 large bathroom Fully equipped kitchen Washer and dryer Quiet deck right on the channel to enjoy TV and Wifi Heat and AC Grill Lake access: You can dock your boat at the dock on the property. There is a public boat launch a tenth of a mile away at the end of Indian Shores Road. There is also a boat dock a couple of miles from the home at the Winneconne park. The house has a recently refinished dock and calm channel waters for overnight boat parking. Wolf River Resorts in Winneconne (3 mile drive by car or 2 mile boat ride) has daily and weekly boat/pontoon rentals available. House Rules: No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check-in is any time after 3PM (flexible, please call) Check out by 11AM Other information: Owner lives close and is available by phone/text. Aug 15, 2018 #### Beautiful Home and Setting My husband and I came for the EEA show for the first time and were so fortunate to have found Suzanne and John’s wonderful home. It was just a short 15 minute drive away, so the location is perfect! After a long day of walking, it was great to come back to such a beautifully decorated and very comfortable home. The yard is landscaped with gorgeous plants and flowers and the channel along the backyard instantly made us relax. Next time we will stay a little longer and enjoy the lake. Suzanne and John were great hosts, very easy to communicate with, and made us feel very welcomed! ##### Luana M.
