Online it says free self parking. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never been charged for parking while we travel. This time upon check in we were charge $10 per night to leave our car here even though it clearly says parking included and free self parking. I asked when they started charging for parking and was told that they have always charged. Which is a complete lie. Not happy with the unexpected charge at the start of our vacation. If you want to charge for parking it should state that on your site.

Staff friendly and helpful, excellent quality for an aiirport hotel. 24 hour shuttle service was convenient.and perfectly on time. Bed matress and pillows were extraordinarily.comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It took almost 15 minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk to help myself and 3 other parties check in. The wait was the reason I rated it a 3, otherwise the stay was nice.

Everything was great! Breakfast was tasty. I would suggest when it’s a cheer competition weekend keeping all the families together and not mixing other guests in between. My room was right in the middle of two cheerleaders and it became loud late at night and early in the morning.

Airport hotel and shuttle did not show for scheduled pickup and when it came 15 minutes late the driver was rude and the shuttle was overbooked with people standing. We made our flight as they were closing the door!

Stayed here for convenient location near airport. Arrived at 10:15 pm was gone by 5:30 am so not much to say about the property. Room was a bit dated and bathroom needs refreshing. But fine for what it was. Inexpensive and close to airport.

The room that was assigned for check in had not be clean. Dirty linens dirty towels room was a wreck and took about 30 min to get assigned another room. Terrible staff not helpful at all

I loved that the staff were very friendly. I brought 4 grandchildren for the night to swim and let my daughters enjoy a night out. Breakfast was amazing, definitely would stay there again.

This facility exceeds our expectations. The front desk person Pad was excellent. He’s amazing with a very welcoming attitude, very accommodating , friendly, full of good energy, professional, & treated us with courtesy. He even had a great deal parking our vehicle in their lot. The shuttle driver was outstanding. We highly recommend this place to those who love cleanliness, tidiness & perfection. The reception area smells fresh & clean, it’s presentable & very organized. The room is excellent, beddings smell fresh & clean. Everything is immaculate. Very well managed, congratulations

The night staff at the front desk went on like he was doing me a favor. The safe in the room was not working and the sink was leaking from under. The room was changed the next day when I made a complain to the day staff. I left a request for wake up call Did not get.
