With this 2-bedroom home, Your family have study room, full basement, 2 outside parking, fenced back yard with double deck balcony, full basement provide exercise area, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to University of Windsor, 12 minutes walk; Toldo Lancer Centre (Gym) 8 min walk. Asian Multifood Supermarket and dead end walk to high school. 5 Min to U.S. Port of Entry.  
Please notice, the house build in 3 bed room, but only master bed room for 2 Adults to use, one small bed room for child under 14 years old use only, the adult may damage the child bed. The third bed room for storage only.
