"Staff was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were pristine. Location is tucked away a little (ideal) and a 5 minute walk to the lake. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening — extensive wine selection and great food. Highly recommend!"

"I would suggest you offer another menu to the 1 you have, as an additional for those who don’t have discerning taste. You may find more guests stay for dinner, therefore giving your staff, you are already paying, more to do, more $’s back to the hotel and happier guests who want to stay there for the experience."

"Hotel Kompas was the perfect hotel for our 2 night stay in Bled. Check-in was easy, staff are all friendly. Breakfast was good - great selection of food and all tasty. The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk around and experience Bled."

"It was excellent as always. Nice staff, quick check-in and check-out, great breakfast, received sparkling wine in room. Comfy bed, clean sheets, there was also kettle in the room with teas and some coffee. Didnt have time to use the pool or sauna this time. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Bled"

"A great place to stay. Homely, comfortable and well kept. Great location with free parking. Around 15- 20 min walk to the city centre. Very helpful staff. My only negative was no blackout curtains/ blinds nor extra pillows. "

"What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. A lovely modern hotel in a great location, what’s not to love. Bled is absolutely stunning and the hikes to some of the viewpoints give breathtaking views. If you’re brave enough do the Sava Dolinka zip wire, it will give you views and memories to last a lifetime."
