The Property: Featuring three bedrooms and one bathroom, the open-plan lounge and dining areas of the apartment are bright and light with double doors opening onto a small balcony with views towards Lake Windemere – a perfect spot for a cup of tea or sundowners. The dining table seats six with ease, and the comfortable sofas offer some relaxing respite after busy days! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to cater for your getaway, and the modern bathroom offers a shower over the bath, plus there is a separate toilet. The bedrooms – one king-sized and two twins - are spacious, comfortable and stylishly decorated, with new beds that promise a great night’s sleep! Guest Verification and Good Housekeeping Bond or Waiver: Once your booking is confirmed, we request a contact email address, mobile phone number and a photo of a Government ID as part of the guest verification process. Also, to encourage all guests to respect the property and its contents, we ask for a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £400 to be placed as a hold against a card by your card issuer, or alternatively, we allow guests to pay a non-refundable £40 Bond Waiver.
