### Crescent Retreat- Windermere centre

Nestled above a charming café, this convenient apartment spans the 1st and 2nd floors. Featuring 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/diner, it\`s perfect for socializing and getting ready together before heading out to explore the Lake District.  
  
Entrance: Access the apartment via a front door on the ground floor next to the Cow Shed Café.  
  
Utility Room/Mud Room: A few steps up from the entrance, you\`ll find a utility room equipped with a washing machine, hangers for wet clothes, iron, ironing board, and other essentials.  
  
First Floor:  
  
King Size Bedroom: To the right, there\`s a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, sink).  
  
Open-Plan Living Area: The first floor also features a spacious sitting area with a smart TV and a large window overlooking Windermere High Street.  
  
Dining Area: The dining table can extend to seat 6 guests or be set up for 4.  
  
Kitchen: Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.  
  
Second Floor:  
  
King Size Bedroom: Another king-size bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it.  
  
Shared Bathroom: This bathroom, shared by the two second-floor bedrooms, includes a bath, shower, sink, and WC.  
  
Twin Room: A comfortable twin room, perfect for additional guests.  
  
All bedrooms feature non-feather bedding, Otti mattresses, and smart TVs (please note, logins are not provided).  
  
Entire Apartment: Guests have access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, and the utility/mud room.  
  
Entry: The apartment is accessed through a private entrance on the ground floor next to the Cow Shed Café.  
  
Stairs: Please note, the apartment is spread across two floors (1st and 2nd floors), and walking up stairs is required as there is no lift.  
  
Utility Room: The utility/mud room is located a few steps up from the entrance, providing space for storing wet clothes and using the washing machine, iron, and ironing board.  
  
Parking: No parking is available on-site, but on-street parking and paid car parks are available nearby.  
  
Check-In/Check-Out: Self-check-in is available via a key safe. Details will be provided prior to your arrival.  
  
While our friendly team at Laik won\`t be present physically for your check-in, we operate a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and convenience.

Whether you\`re exploring the Lake District by foot, bus, or train, getting around couldn’t be easier from this central spot.
