Once inside you will instantly feel the comforts of home. The open concept living space allows free flowing activities and conversation from the eat-in-kitchen to the living space. The updated kitchen features brand-new appliances, cabinetry, butcher block countertops, and fully supplied kitchen, with plenty of space to create meals at home. The dining table accommodates everyday meals and a time for connection by either sharing a meal or playing a game. The living room feels warm and relaxed, with a 50" Smart TV, DVD player, long list of movies, high speed internet, cable TV, and board games to enjoy on days inside. A sitting area and a dedicated workspace sit near windows that look over the side yard and catch glimpses of Forest Lake through the trees. In the colder months an easy-to-use pellet stove accommodates the electric heat to bring extra warmth and coziness to the house. The two bedrooms are arranged to provide comfortable sleeping options: a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, in-closet dresser and space to hang cloths. Looking out the bedroom window, you will find the sun shimmering from Forest Lake and large side yard. The secondary room features a twin XL--over--queen bunk bed, small TV, and drawers to store clothing. The bathroom has an updated walk-in shower and is conveniently located near both bedrooms. This is also where the washer and dryer reside. The basement offers extra storage space to keep outdoor gear and luggage out of the main living areas. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the open yard that changes with the seasons--lush and naturally grown, that offers play and exploration of wildflowers, plants, frogs, toads, and birds in the spring and summer, then quiet and sparkling with snow in winter. The outdoor space includes a BBQ, areas to sit and eat or just be in nature. The private road is perfect for walks or bike rides around the small cottage neighborhood or long back road walks and riding, be it a bicycle or motorcycle. The quiet lake community offer relaxation and peacefulness of being away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, but with convenient amenities a short drive away. Access to Forest Lake is a short walk away or drive to the Town Beach on the other side of the lake. Town Beach offers a BBQ and picnic area, playground, changing rooms and sandy beach.
