My apologies you did not enjoy your stay with us Even though the carpet is old it is regularly cleaned however saying that it is overdue to be replaced. With regards to our lights I will speak with our cleaners as they should have informed us about them on their daily cleaning inspections, I have replaced the globes immediately after receiving your review as we do keep spares on the property, and of course as soon as I knew about the shower the seal was attended to straight away also. Again our apologies for your inconvenience and hopefully if you stay with again in the future your experience will be a more pleasurable one. Good morning Amir, My apologies you feel this way as we pride ourselves on our customer experienced sand cleanliness. I’m a little surprised that’s you did not mention anything to me when i called you regarding your payment after you left. Our staff is always happy to help you with any concerns and we do have backup wifi networks on the property which we could have directed you to if you hand approached us . Our reverse cycle Daiken Inverters are top of the range and serviced regularly, again I am equally surprised you had issues with this unit as we are booked every night and never had a complaint regarding them. I will speak to tour cleaners regarding the items you found in the drawers and ensure that they check and open all drawers when cleaning. Again I apologise your experience was not a plea sent one however if you have any problems or concerns if you stay with us again we are at your disposal to fix them and ensure your stay is more pleasant. You just need to let us know before you leave so we can address your concerns immediately. Kind Regards
