"Clean and welcoming after leaving a stay at a different hotel that was less than ideal. My friend lost his wedding band in the pool and they had already found it and had it waiting at the front desk before we even realized it was missing. A real crib was provided upon request which was so helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"We stay here every time we come to the Quad Cities. The staff is always friendly and they go out of there way to help. The rooms are clean and well kept. A great place for travelers to rest and enjoy a good nights sleep. The only thing they need to do is get the pool back into operation. We highly recommend ."

"The casino is smoke free so much appreciated it’s big but easy to find other members of your group. I liked that they had food in the casino it was a very upbeat atmosphere. Room was clean and everything worked however it had not been remodeled & wallpaper was peeling off and I thought that it was advertised as newly renovated and I was doing also the walk from the elevator to our room was very long. The food at the Sports Bar was good & reasonable. The buffet was ok but be sure and get your player card for the discount, it would have been nice if the people who checked us in would have told us that at the beginning. The staff at the Hotel were ok but always seemed to be rushed , service at the buffet were not very friendly or helpful. I think they could use more help in the hotel but the casino was very friendly 5 stars"
