Great location. You can take Moose-Wilson Road to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The road was open when we visited. Not far from Jackson too. The unit was clean with plenty of room. Looking forward to staying again.

The kitchen, and bathrooms very clean, as were all surface areas. The kitchen was in good working order. The carpet was stained and the couch needs a very deep cleaning. I did use a extra sheet to cover couch. Property management very kind. The property needs some love.

Close to attractions, very quiet
The condo is in a quiet location not to far from Jackson or Teton Village. It was well appointed especially in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, blankets, and necessities. The only drawbacks was it needs a little more updating and a larger couch to fit the number of guest.

Nice place. All things were in order and fully supplied for our needs. The carpet in hallway as you come in is stained but everything else was very clean and worked well.

Good location- just okay inside.
I had high expectations for this based on previous reviews and posted pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to have breakfast and pack our lunches with the cooler provided. Other accommodations were underwhelming. A few small updates would have improved our stay. * both showers need curtains that actually close. * the pull out trundle was painful to sleep on, my son ended up on the couch instead. The couch needs to be replaced. * the fan in the upstairs bedroom was broken and there was no table top or dresser to set our things on. * the kitchen set up with 2 bar stools was a little strange- it seemed like the space was built for 4, but unfinished. * lastly, the carpet could use a power cleaning - upon walking in, it was noticeably stained. The communication from the property manager was awesome and incredibly easy and helpful. Again, we enjoyed our stay and we will return, but unlikely to stay here again.

We are happy to hear that you found the kitchen to be well equipped and had easy and communication with our team, but are terribly sorry that your experience at this unit did not align with your expectations. We do wish you had let us know about the issues with the shower curtains and the fan during your stay, as we would have been happy to replace these items for you. That being said, we completely understand wanting to make the most of your vacation without disruptions, and these items should have been caught by our inspections team prior to your arrival. We are happy to report that a new couch and media center have already been ordered, and apologize that they did not arrive prior to your arrival. All of our properties are individually owned, so decisions such as recarpeting are ultimately at the homeowner's discretion. We have passed along your feedback regarding the carpets to the homeowner, and do want to assure you that the carpet is regularly steam cleaned! Home was super clean, well furnished and modern, lots of space. Location was excellent, very quiet, close to Grand Teton entrance and Village. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall a fantastic place to stay at to visit the Tetons!

Group of 5 adults stayed here for our trip to Grand Teton NP and Jackson. Location was super convenient and to Jackson, and we loved that there was a grocery market within walking distance. Will book again!

Pictures must be at least 10 years old
This property needs some TLC. We arrived and the carpets were all stained in the front hall. Also there is a fireplace and we were there for two weeks in July and it always smelled like smoke. It was so bad at times we put bounce sheets on the back of the fan to have it smell better. The couch needs replaced. It has a slipcover but it has food and grease stains. Also the cushions are a mess. The back cushions are so smashed they don’t even come 1/2 way up the back. No one wanted to sit on the couch as it is very uncomfortable. The foot stools are all dirty and stained as well. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this was the first disappointment. We did notify the management company and they sent someone over to clean a bit more as it wasn’t clean when we got there, and to replace several burned out light bulbs. They said they would bring plug ins for the smell but we never received them. Also the pictures show a pool in the back. That now is covered and not usable. Tarps are covering I’m guessing the patio furniture and it is surrounded by tall grass. Not nice to sit out and look at.

We understand you brought these items to our attention after checking in and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address these during your time with us. As our team communicated, unfortunately, we were unable to have the carpets professionally steam cleaned during your stay as this requires the home to be vacant for a minimum of 24 hours. While this has since been completed, we are very sorry that we couldn’t resolve it while you were in-house. We have not received negative feedback regarding the smell of smoke in the unit since and believe the steam clean resolved this issue. Additionally, we sincerely apologize that our housekeeping team did not deliver air fresheners as promised. This is certainly not in keeping with our standard for customer care and we have made sure to address this internally. In response to your feedback regarding the couch, we are truly sorry for the negative impact this had on your vacation. We have your comments along to the homeowners with the hope that they will consider replacement in the future. Lastly, we do apologize for any confusion regarding the pool shown in the listing. The pool is located at Teton Sports Club which was undergoing construction this past summer. While access to their facilities is not included with reservations at this home, as we are not affiliated with the club, they typically offer access for purchase and we are sorry that this option was not available for you. Overall, we are disappointed that we did not provide you with a comfortable stay. The guest experience is very important to us and we take feedback such as this very seriously. We hope that despite these items, you enjoyed exploring Jackson overall. Please let us know if you ever return to the area. Jackson Ski Week
We love this location and typically stay in this neighborhood when we come to ski. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The only things missing were a wine opener and playing cards. The lack of a wine opener was a total bummer as we had a fire lit and apres ski snacks when we discovered there wasn’t one in the condo. Other than that great place to stay.

We stayed here for a wedding held at Teton Pines club. It was walking distance to almost everything we needed. Car needed to get into the town of Jackson, just a short 15 minute ride away. This VRBO was clean, modern and had everything we needed! would stay again.

Located about 10 minutes from the town of Jackson at the base of the Grand Tetons. Master upstairs and kids bunk bed room on main floor. Nice kitchen and living room area. About 90 minutes from Yellowstone south entrance. Place was nice and clean with easy communication with the owner.

Wonderful location
We stayed in this condo with our daughter in early June. We enjoyed the ability to spread out for the 3 of us. It was in a really wonderful location. Close to Jackson and Grand Tetons National Park. We really enjoyed that it was away from all the activity and in a very quiet area. Highly reccomended.

Truly pleased with everything! The place was nice and clean complete with toiletries supplies. Also it is conveniently located to town. We just had one minor issue when we first got in, the code to the door provided to us wasn’t working, we had to call the management to assist us. We were given a temporary code to get in and was fixed the following day as promised. Thank you!

Great location, but in need of improvements
The location of this property is great when visiting Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. We were excited to be in the area, but our excitement quickly changed to disappointment when we opened the front door. The carpet is terribly stained throughout the entire unit and needs to be replaced. So stained that you do not want to remove your shoes. The baseboards were dirty and the upholstery on the couch was stained. The kitchen also needs more flatware. This would be an excellent property if these items were taken care of.

The property is in a great location near Teton village, Jackson, and the Teton Park. The house could really be even better with upgraded floors, new technology primarily with the TVs, and new furniture that can comfortably seat more people. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend.

The neighbor next door was rude the night we showed up. Even before we could get luggage inside time of day 8pm. Refrigerator happened to be broken so take out was an issue to keep leftovers. Overall once fridge gets replaced the unit is good.

Great location to Jackson
We enjoyed our stay at this property because it was exactly as pictured and as clean and comfortable as we expected. It was stocked with all of the basics ( linens, paper towel, t.p., Kleenex, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.) Easy check in and check out were appreciated. The condo was just a short drive into Jackson or to Teton Village. We had four adults in our group and would recommend this condo.

nice place, convenient location
Location was perfect. in between teton village and Jackson and convenient to two different park entrances. Little overpriced grocery store a 2 minute walk from the condo so very convenient if you need a few things in a pinch. I even saw a couple moose while taking a morning walk through the neighborhood (its a very nice 1.5 or so mile walk) I wish there was a bigger porch and a more expansive view, but that's why we left the condo every day and spent our time outside. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked well.

We really enjoyed staying at the unit while visiting Grand Teton National Park. Facilities were clean and well laid out. Only complaint would be that the kitchen was not well stocked - a mish-mash of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. There were only 3 of us so it worked out. I understand that with time, many rentals, etc. that dishes probably break, etc. but I think its time to re-stock. Also, there were mainly metal cooking utensils for non-stick pans which, of course, doesn't make sense. Again, that was really our only complaint. The unit itself was great!

The Balsam Lodge A6 was great. The condo had everything we needed. One recommendation would be to update the TV to a smart TV so guests can access Netflix, Amazon Video etc... Outpost is a great property management company!

Nice place to stay in a good location
The unit was fine. Snow removal was OK, but sidewalks and stairs could have used a little more care. The people in the adjoining unit to the north were extremely rude and annoying. They banged on the walls and were a nuisance in the early evenings. They reacted to normal noise in the unit, such as the closet door in the master bedroom that closed sort-of roughly. If we closed the door (not slamming, simply closing) they reacted. Overall, it was a positive experience.

comfortable stay
We stayed 4 days in October and found the condo to be very comfortable. It is close to Jackson and at the doorstep of grand teton national park. check in and out was easy. outpost was easily accessible. my only requests would be more comfortable linens and complimentary bear spray. the likelihood of using bear spray is very small, yet you can't hike without it. So I had to spend $100 and then I had to leave the two bottles behind in the condo as you cannot bring it on the plane. So spring and fall guests should get complimentary bear spray. overall the stay was very nice. thank you

We have never heard this feedback before about our linens, as we purchase high quality linens for all of our properties, but will certainly keep it in mind. As for bear spray, we offer bear spray rentals for $6/day that we can have waiting for you in your home when you arrive and pick up after your departure! We offer this as a service because we realize how expensive bear spray is to purchase, and absolutely recommend bringing it on every hike! We include the link to our rental site in confirmation emails and follow up emails, so we are sorry that we did not bring this to your attention in a more effective way. Lovely quiet property convenient to GTNP and Jackson
Very comfortable and well appointed, quiet condo. Perfect distance to both Jackson Hole and GTNP and Teton Village. Management company was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had almost everything we needed for our week's stay - the only suggestions we had were that it's time to upgrade the pans, and it would have been nice to have a little bistro table and a couple of chairs so that we could have used the porch. Overall wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in great location
Our family of 5 really enjoyed the stay at Balsam Lodge in March 2018. The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The kids bedroom has a trundle bed too, which is great as up to 3 kids can sleep there comfortably. The condo had all sort of toiletries and cleaning supplies available, which was very convenient. The market at Aspens is excellent, including pastries from local bakery. It is just a short walk away. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great location and very well appointed condo
Condo is in a great location for Jackson Hole, the town of Jackson and the South side of the Teton park. Unit was recently redone and it's beautiful. Very well stocked with plenty of linens to ziplock bags, coffee, and lots of other little things to make your stay easier. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful clean Scandi style condo
We loved staying in this condo in the Aspens, it was perfect for my husband and 4 kids. It seems to have been newly renovated its a huge parent's retreat upstairs, and everything was clean and new. The only issue was there were a few things missing in the kitchen like a chopping knife and chopping board, but we loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Master bed was heavenly!
Nice location to Jackson and very close to Teton Village. Saw plenty of moose in the development which was a nice surprise. The kitchen area was recently updated and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were heavenly and afforded us the most comfortable sleep. The bathrooms are large and very clean but are dated and should be updated. Plenty of hot water for our group of 3 adults. It would have been nice to have a later checkout since we had a later flight. No one appeared to be coming in after us according to their calendar. Overall this was a nice, clean place to stay.

We are sorry we were unable to accommodate a late checkout - due to the volume of properties we manage, we have a very tight operations schedule, and while we do our best to accommodate guests requests, it is not always possible. For this reason, we make our standard 4PM checkin and 10AM checkout times extremely clear in all of our correspondence, beginning at the time of booking.
