« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« We have always been able to depend upon Hampton Inns for excellence...until now! The property is rundown; needed paint; carpet was filthy and left our feet and shoes black on the bottoms; sheets did not fit the bed; breakfasts were not up to what we had come to expect based upon other Hampton Inns; corners of room and bath were dirty. Someone had knocked a hole in the closet door which had been very poorly repaired and left unpainted. We were very disappointed in this hotel in Lubbock, TX. »

« The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the ac it only mildly cooled the room stayed at 78 degrees . But it was tolerable and I will definitely stay there again »

« Une des deux chambres mal nettoyée. Trouvé derrière une table de chevet reste de nourriture et un grand verre jetable. (Pas visible au premier abord pour le personnel) sinon très bien. »
