Great house for a crowd.
This house is deceiving from the outside. It is massive. We stayed with 9 adults and 11 kids with plenty of space. Kitchen and living room are well organized and clean. The kids had fun in the game room and in the yard. We ended up with 2 warm days before the snow came back. The carpets are a little skeevy and when removing sheets a few of the mattresses definitely need replacing. Suggesting mattress protectors. Otherwise happy and would rent again. Thank you!

Group Ski Trip
The house was an excellent location to host our group ski trip to Mt. Snow. There was plenty of room and beds for our large group and the game rooms downstairs were very popular. Plenty of parking and proximity to downtown made it a very convenient stay as well.

Update
If the property had new towels and linens, I might go back! The linens and towels were dirty and old-comforters need to be changed. When I opened up my cabinet in bathroom off bedroom, there was mouse droppings on towels and the toilet paper was chewed up. I know mice get in, I get it, but what bothered me was nothing was touched and the house needed a goood deep cleaning!!!!!!

What a great experience. The locations is convenient, ample parking, big, clean, well appointed house, very comfortable beds. Our entire group couldn't stop remarking about what a gem this house is. We'll certainly look to revisit soon!

Spacious and comfy for multiple families
Spacious house with multiple bedrooms and dining / living areas. Well equipped large open kitchen. Nice game room in basement for the kids. Just 15 minutes from Mount Snow. Internet service and hot water boiler could use an upgrade.

Christmas gathering
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend with our large family. The house is perfect for various activities happening simultaneously, pool tournament in basement and games in the living room. Had a lovely grab bag exchanged in the living room with the stone fireplace blazing in the back. Kitchen was well stocked. House was as advertise and affordable for young families. Internet was spotty but that made it more enjoyable as we interacted more. Overall, we were very pleased with the house.

Spring break April 2021
The house was easy to find with its unique look. Though it looks run down from the outside, its a totally different world inside. The house itself is spacious, bright and well maintained. The owners have labelled everything in the kitchen which made it very convenient to find what we needed. We were a group of 10 adults and 9 kids. There were more than enough beds for all of us (we didn't even have to use the basement bedroom). It rained on both days of our stay but thanks to the pool table, ping pong table and foosball table, everyone had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked, there were more than enough linens, towels, comforters and everything else that you can think of. I would recommend this house to anyone without second thoughts. If it comes to renting this place again, availability is the only thing I would check. Thanks again for this rental, we had a wonderful time.

Family Snowboarding Trip
The house was great. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. We even had one room we never used. The Game room was a HUGE hit, especially the pool table.

Beautiful house and property
We like the house, but the house needs better cleaning and better window Treatments in bedrooms. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to kitchen and bathroom Cabinets and appliances. Beds are comfortable and good linens. If the cleaning service improves, the house is a perfect and beautiful place to relax and build memories with family and friends

Annual guys trip
Because of Covid, my group was smaller than usual this year. With 7 bedrooms, this house allowed us each to have separate bedrooms. This house will easily accommodate 20 people. The house was clean and well stocked. I will definately consider this house as a future rental.

Holiday celebration
We get together with my whole family- some 18 people and celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas in a weekend. This place was perfect. Lots of room for all ages to sleep, play and eat. Well furnished for cooking a full Thanksgiving meal and some pretty great breakfasts And when we had a question it was responded to quickly. Will definitely think about returning!

Great second stay
We stayed in this house last autumn for our yearly reunion and decided to stay here again this year and we had a great time. Plenty of room for couples and kids running around! Clean and warm and would definitely recommend!

Great family get together
The house and property were perfect for our family fall foliage get together. Great convenient location and the house was great for our group. We did several hikes (Olga and Haystack) and enjoyed the badminton and ping pong in the evenings. Look forward to coming back in the future to do some skiing. Thanks !

Weekend Getaway with Friends
A large house with multiple common areas for friends and family to enjoy. The kids loved the game rooms while the adults liked the large kitchen and the family room with the fireplace. Being so close to town it was easy to walk down the hill and walk around town. Also there are many trails to hike and local state parks which are easy to drive to. A large yard and tons of deck space round out the outdoor facilities. The bedrooms are large and spacious and two have their own bathrooms.

Blue House Wilmington
Wilmington Blue House is beautifully situated and certainly ideal for large groups of people of diverse ages and interests. The house is nicely placed with respect to the outdoors, with numerous, openable windows and convenient doors. I have several criticisms. While the bedrooms, baths, and hallways were welcomingly clean, the kitchen was a great disappointment on that score. Every drawer you opened emitted a nasty smell, and none of few, mostly inadequate (some broken) utensils in those drawers were not clean enough to use without first being washed. The bottoms of the drawers were disgusting--ditto the few dish towels. The bottom of the oven had a puddle of accumulated grease. Not even the plates, mugs, and glasses--presumably straight from the dishwasher--could be used without a first wash. In short, the cleaning crew--for which a huge sum is charged--should be advised to pay the kitchen and dining equipment to same careful attention they give to vacuuming the sleeping quarters. Keep trying!

Johanna, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "We really appreciate your feedback. During our stay over the Labor Day weekend, we cleaned some of the pots and pans and glasses and silverware, threw away several damaged pots and pans and chipped dishes and ordered replacement items. We also noted the general conditions of the drawers and cabinets and are planning to clean and install drawer liners and go through everything in mid-October. (And will do again in May). In the interim, I’ll have our housekeeper go through the kitchen drawers and clean them as best she can and reorganize as needed. We have not asked our housekeeper to check drawers and cabinets after each turnover but will start to do so. Given the size of the parties, there is a lot of wear and tear. We are also planning to purchase more sheets and towels and furniture to replace worn items. Thank you for helping us to improve and we hope to have you back soon!" Best, the Evolve Team

Nice house. This house is big enough for 4-5 families. We were 22 people. Everyone enjoyed. Kids loved the big play room. Location is great. Restaurant, supermarket, gas stations very close. I recommend this house for big family and friends reunion

Wonderful Family Vacation Home
This Vermont home is absolutely the best vacation home for our family. The house was very clean, spacious, and a perfect fit for our large family of 22. The kitchen had all the needed cookware, with all the utensils, plates, etc. and the grill and firepit were a big hit. We played volleyball, pool, and fusball as well as went to the Lake for a swim and picnic. We also had the chance to visit the quaint little shops, the distillery near by and truly enjoyed and took advantage of the area. We will surely come back again next summer. It was truly enjoyable and a wonderful place to vacation.

Great Family Weekend Getaway
We rented this house for a weekend family getaway. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 teenagers. Great space to cook, eat, relax and enjoy each other’s company. We were also very surprised it was within a short walk to downtown. The owners were very responsive to inquiries addressed. Would definitely stay here again sometime!

Very spacious but not the cleanest
Able to accommodate a large number of people, this house was what we needed for our trip. Many bedrooms with an entire gaming level were the best parts. This house easily accommodated 12 adults and 2 kids. A large kitchen area and dining room meant great meals. The lower game level provided great entiertainment. A lack of cleanliness was the worst part. The kitchen was not left in the most clean condition (utensils, pots, pans and outside grille all dirty) and the house overall just needed attention - door nobs lose or broken, carpets left dirty, etc. Overall, the house was very spacious just not on the cleanly side.

We had a wonderful stay , the house was huge, plenty of space for all! It was -8 when we arrived we had a roaring fire that night.. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. Enjoyed the whirl pool tub , game room and the back yard was a great place for the kids to make a snow man... It was a great time and would love to return next Thanksgiving.

Beautiful house located in a nice place
The house was big comfortable and cozy. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was that the house was not clean enough. I have talked with the owners about these problems and I'm sure they understood.
