This 3rd floor, 2 bed/2 bath, oceanfront condo is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable visit to Carolina Beach. The unit is located within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake Park, a variety of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and many other popular local attractions. Coral Surf has a private beach access behind the building as well as a private pool open between May and October. Or you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the top floor balcony. The view is particularly stunning early in the morning when the sun first rises. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. General amenities include dish washer, Wifi, central heat/air, covered parking for 2 cars, keyless entry, fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, cable TV with premium movie channels, and several games. We also have a beach wagon, tent and toys available for your use! We\`ve spent the time to make our condo TURNKEY so that you can spend your time with your family, relaxing, enjoying the views, and making memories. As a standard, high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) bookings have a 7-day minimum requirement. Please check our calendar for availability. IMPORTANT: This is a non-smoking unit (including E-cigs/Vaping), and no pets are allowed in the entire complex. Guests have access to the entire condo, and are also welcome to use community pool and the private beach access! Our condo is located just south of the boardwalk and the heart of Carolina Beach. It is only half a mile from the boardwalk and directly behind the Carolina Beach Lake. The Lake offers a wonderful walking trail, picnic tables, grills and paddle boats. In the summer the Lake also does free Outdoor Movies and concerts. There is also a Farmer\`s Market every Saturday during the summer months. House Rules: This home does not allow pets, smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home. Once Upon A Tide is a top floor unit in a well maintained older condominium in downtown Carolina Beach. With its pair of side by side sliding doors, the view is unmatched and the deck is perfect. Everything worth experiencing is an easy walk. Behind us was a park which was a great place to walk when the beach was too windy. It surrounds a lake whose visible inhabitants — egrets, ibises, turtles, ducks, etc. — were fun to watch and informative plaques re flora and fauna are artfully placed along the path. Furnishings in the condo are tasteful and comfortable — great beds! — and the kitchen and bathrooms have been adequately updated given the space limitations. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean front views and breeze sitting on the balcony. There was easy access to the ocean and local coffee and eating spots. The hosts are fantastic, everything you need is in the rental and the communication is excellent. Really appreciate the beach chairs and other items on site. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well appointed for our cooking needs. Great view of the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Chairs were comfy and breeze was great.
