Overall good but some prior garbage under bed, wifi went in and out and any calls we're $1.00 including local. Enhanced wifi for $1.99 per hour. No breakfast. Staff friendly and courteous and attentive to needs.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been in!
This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Completely dark hallways filthy dirty rooms smells like weed ! Every hallway smelt like urine and weed! Everything smells and is so unacceptable for a human being to be in! I will never ever book at this hotel chain again in my life!!!!! Grab and go breakfast is coffee and a stack of granola bars that look like they have been there for months! Dirty counters dirty everything!

Think twice before you book
at first glance, the hotel looks and seems nice. Once booked, I had to get my cards re keyed three times. There are NO kitchen supplies, pots, pans, etc...so why bother having a kitchen? Loud babies crying in a dark and dingy hallway. So glad we only stayed one night.

Not bad but not great
The location was great, close to restaurants and entertainment, and check in was fast. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was good, great water pressure and temperature, but they missed a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The kitchen was lacking. They advertise a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee/tea maker but there wasn't a microwave or coffee maker in the room, nor was there any pots, pans or utensils. When I asked the front desk about the missing microwave, he said he didn't know. I chose them so I could bring food,cook in the room and not have to go out and save money. I'm not sure if I'd stay at this location again.

Good staff on duty, but other problems exist
Be a little wary. The floor was dirty to the point we noticed the dirt right away on our bare feet. There were supposed to be ice trays in the refrigerator, but there were none. The roll of toilet paper hanging in the bathroom had some unidentifiable gunk on it, so we threw the entire thing away. Two of the pillows did not have pillow covers on them, and we didn’t notice this until getting into bed. The construction of the rooms seems thin, as we heard an upstairs neighbor walking around their room much of the night (it sounded like regular walking, not stomping or jumping). On the plus side, the staff was super friendly and responsive to us when we asked for things we needed.

Only one elevator that didn’t work very well. There was one other but was out of order the 20 days we were there. They have a nice setup for laundry but many machines didn’t work. Some marked some just took your money. TV didn’t work in our room. After 3 days they had us move to another room instead of fixing the tv or getting us a new one. So we had to move all our stuff to another room. We had stuff for 20 days so a lot of trips. Which brings us to another problem. They had just 2 luggage carts one with a bad wheel that you hardly control. I must say that the staff was friendly.

We came here for a football tournament so it was a few parents from the team that stayed here and it was just a terrible experience for us all. My room there was dog hair everywhere.. The pullout bed had dog hair in between the creases And when i pulled the bed out the springs were broken so half the bed was on the floor. All pillows did not have pillow cases on them. The sheets were stained. The dog next door just kept barking... It was a nightmare staying here. I appreciate the staff, they were all so kind but that was about it.

When I checked, and I mentioned that I was from South Carolina, and the clerk said that she had been to Charleston and for some reason, thought they need to tell me that she took her friend down to have breast augmentation. There was no privacy door hanger. I didn’t realize that this place houses indigents, so was surprised to see people sitting on the curb outside, and others who were obviously using it for temp housing. Maybe I should have read your website more carefully. My socks were brown on the bottom after walking on the floor in my room. The tub did not drain properly. All in all, it was pretty run down and gloomy.

The staff was amazing. My room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the toilet base. The tub handle still had dried soap scum on it. There was paper on the floor near the bed so I’ll assume the room wasn’t vacuumed and barely cleaned. The light by the bed didn’t work. The room phone was missing keys. The hotel had no ice machine and breakfast was a muffin and coffee. I will never stay at another extended stay under this hotel brand. I have stayed at numerous extended stay hotels and this was the worst. I understand people live at this hotel however please take care of the people who are staying short term as well.

If only I knew about the kitchen kit
I wasn't so Happy to find that there were no utensils plates cups pans or anything in my suite which had a full refrigerator stove top sink microwave. After a day and a half of being there I finally found this cardboard cut out that said, you can have your customized kitchen just contact the front desk. My question is why didn't they tell me that when I checked in, why didn't they ask if I wanted to have the pans the plates the dishes when I would checked in because I would have said yes. Nope I went and I spent money on stuff that I just had to give away. So maybe they should at the beginning when you check in offer you the kitchen kit before they give you your key

The unit was reasonable based on the price point of the booking and the staff was nice, but the floors in the room were absolutely disgusting as if they are never washed. Our white socks were black after walking around on the floor in the room for a short time without our shoes on and we threw them all out. The booking probably would've received 4-stars otherwise (again, based on the price). Please wash and scrub the flooring in the rooms or at least Room 203, so gross.
