Cheerful Coastal Cottage, Minutes to the Beaches

Welcome home to this coastal paradise! Spacious 4 bedroom home is newly renovated with all new furnishings throughout. It's clean, cozy and comfortable for families and friends. Centrally located in Wilmington, home to beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, Riverwalk, Airlie Gardens, Fort Fisher, Battleship NC, NC Aquarium and more! The perfect spot for family and friends, you will love this private getaway in Wilmington!
The space
Newly renovated and great location. Easy access to everything: Wrightsville Beach, downtown and UNCW are all 15 minutes away. Or head to Carolina & Kure beaches on your way to explore Ft. Fisher 30 minutes down the road along the Cape Fear River. Close to shopping, closest grocery store is 5 minutes away. Everything in the home is new. Easy check in with keypad entry. Includes a fully equipped kitchen for a home cooked meal. 2 full baths with towels and basic toiletries provided. Pack-N-Play provided if necessary. Smart TVs in living room and 2 of the bedrooms, equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU etc. Multiple Board games and even a ping pong table if you decide to stay back and have fun!
Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Other things to note
Guests do not have access to a closet in the primary bedroom, it's used as the owner's storage. Ring doorbell located at the front door and is recording when motion activated. Laundry is located in the garage.

**Please note we have a no animals policy! We some times make considerations for guests with animals but unless previously discussed we do charge a $300 non-refundable animal fee for guests who bring animals without our knowledge!

We EXPLICITLY DO NOT allow animals to be left unattended at any point in time during your stay and must be supervised and under the control of their handler at all times even when crated or kenneled they are not to be left alone in the home!

We do allow service animals but require advanced notice and that they not be left alone in the home and should always be under the control of their handler, kept off of the furniture & beds, and any waste left in the yard, accidents in the house, damages to the house , damaged or stained, furniture, flooring, carpets, & bedding, or excessive animal fur are the responsibility of the service animals handler and will incur charges that any guest who causes this issues would also incur! As hosts we strive to be accommodating to all of our guests and adhere to ADA guidelines!

We will not refund money if a simple amenity is not available at the time of your stay or due to a last minute issue. Double Booked

I drove all the way to the rental and there were vehicles in the driveway, I went to the door and they informed me that they had it rented for two months. It's a good thing we were coming to visit my brother-in-law or we wouldn't have had a place to stay, we had to go out and buy things to spend the weekend at their apartment. The refund process was explained to us and the property owner two different ways so the refund took a long time. I'm still waiting on my inconvenience payment.
