Private beach area but walking distance to most amenities. Towels (not for the beach), wash clothes and sheets were included. Very clean!!!Great communication with property owner who was extremely accommodating. There are VERY few things that need "upkeep", but if you keep in mind that the place is lived in, they far out way what you get for the money.
