Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing.

It was a very quiet place, and we had a good time. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. Service for 8. Cabinets were dated. Dining room chairs are not tall enough for table! I felt like I was a kid sitting at the table.

Knowing this was a timeshare rental we went in with what I thought were realistic expectations. We arrived at night and there was no signage for our building (luckily an employee was on the grounds and he was able to direct me - the sign was hung the second day of our stay). Our room also had a HEAVY smell of cigarette smoke. The windows and mirrors had handprints all over them and I found a large hairball in our bed. I would not stay here again.

I would’ve given this resort a high rating had I not received the pressure to attend a sales meeting to buy into their timeshares. Even so much is asking for a credit card to reserve my space. There is nothing listed in the details of this property that would alluded to this happening. Had it been listed I would not have booked. It really is a shame.

Nice space for the money. There seemed to be a lot of amenities, but we didn't really use anything other than the gym. The gym was very nice for a hotel gym. There was a messy pile of trash/supplies (not sure which) right out side our door by the stairs, It was there the entire time we were there (Thursday - Sunday). It was very unsightly.

I liked the convenience of location and pleasant check in. Office checkin was attractive but outside of our building was covered in trash. It took several hours and 2 phone calls to the office to get it cleaned up. We also were not happy with the unexpected time share sales pitch that was relentless.

Much to like. Lots of fun if you had young kids. My teenager liked the sauna and gym. TVs didn’t work but maintenance came to fit. No place For drinks at resort. No water or ice in building and no water in fridge but again they got for us. Roomy with a kitchen area.

Construction right out our front door the 3 days we stayed. Told front desk about our unit front door would not stay closed but never got it fixed. The whole checking in and then being sent to a different person to try and con you into going to the 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were charging $45 - so that when you don't show up, it's non-refundable.

Fantastic for families! My kids loved the amenities including indoor and outdoor pool, free arcade games, mini golf, tennis and more. We were minutes from all the Williamsburg attractions. I definitely recommend and would go again!

From check-in to check out, it was an amazing experience. The rooms were nicely appointed. Tget had everything to make our stay like being at home. The location is convenient and neighborhood is safe. One of the things i liked most was tye security and gated entry. I checked other vacation communities in Willismsburg and they did not have the same. As far as the resrt grounds, they were amazing from the firepit to the heared pool. Ohbyeah the free arcade. There is an onsite resturant, tennis and basketball hoop. The sauna and wxcercuse room round out this wonderful experience. If you are looking for a great vacation spot Wyndam Kingsgate in Williamsburg Va is the place to go. There is anazing food. From greek to The World if Food(an amazing dining experience. There is Busch Gardens or to just Stroll the campus of William and Mary or Colonial Williamsburg.
