This private, fenced-in property offers a safe and spacious oasis for large groups, family reunions, or friends’ getaways. Ideally located within walking distance to downtown Williams and just a short 10-minute drive to top attractions like the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, The Grand Canyon Deer Farm, and The Canyon Coaster Adventure Park. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space complemented by a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy eat-in island—perfect for shared meals and quality time. Our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and a baby across four bedrooms, making it an ideal spot to bring your whole crew or extended family. The fully fenced backyard with a secure gate provides a safe playground for kids, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and supervise. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, enjoy the tranquility of our secluded neighborhood while being less than five minutes from downtown Williams with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Listen to the gentle sounds of passing trains—an homage to the area's rich history. Guests have full access to the entire property and amenities, with the exception of a storage room and outdoor shed—these are locked for guest safety. Our home features self-check-in and check-out for your convenience. However, we're always just a message or call away if you need any assistance. Please note: Smoking is prohibited on the premises with a $500 fine. Evidence of pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee. No parties or events are allowed. The whole experience and communication was perfect and the house was fantastic. Clean and spacious as promised and nice touch with the video game unit and board games for the family. This is our favorite property yet. The house was very clean, had every needed amenity, and we loved that we were a short walk to the train station.
