Other Things to Note: Pet Policy: \[\]Dogs up to 40 pounds are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs per stay). \[\]Please pick up all dog waste in the backyard and front yard (supplies provided). \[\]Pet fee: $50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less; $15 per day for stays longer than 5 days. Trash Disposal: Guests are requested to use the outdoor storage container near the outbuilding where the water pump and old well are located. The container contains 3 55-gallon trash cans for convenient disposal of trash during your stay. Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level.
