"L’acceuil a été très froid. Le personnel qu’on a croisé à qui nous avons dit bonjour ne nous a même pas répondu (à part un employé qui lui était sympathique et la femme au moment du checkout). On a eu le sentiment de ne pas être les bienvenus durant tout notre séjour (un peu ce sentiment partout dans le Mississippi d’ailleurs). De plus la chambre était très mais alors très vieille avec des taches sur les fauteuils qui semblaient avoir des années. Les murs sont de 140 et les oreillers très inconfortables. Le wifi n’est pas de bonne qualité non plus. Ne comptez pas sur la laverie non plus qui ne donne pas envie (située dans une zone Employes Only…. ). L’eau du robinet est très bizarre: on a les mains moites après utilisation. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas terrible. Il faut même réclamer des couverts!!! Deux points positifs tout de même: la piscine est très agréable et la vue de l’hôtel est pas trop mal. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. Je me suis posée la question de partir au bout d’une quitte à payer un autre hôtel en plus tellement tout cela nous a déprimé. Ils ne font pas la chambre tous les jours (il faut penser à le demander en arrivant). Dans notre bottom 3 des 200 hôtels que nous avons effectués aux US. Une très mauvaise expérience. C’est plutôt rare aux États Unis. Hôtel à bannir et qui ne vaut pas du tout les 3,5 étoiles affichées. Le holiday inn et le Hampton inn situés juste à côté ont l’air bien mieux (en tout cas de l’extérieur)"
