The property is ok but the service is not too good. Nobody cleaned the room or even take out the garbage during the 3 nights we stayed there.

Check in was easy. Room was large and clean. I would stay there again. I didn't like the fact that a back door was propped open and there were needles on the ground nearby.

There is a lot of noise coming from all the other rooms. This time and last time. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. Reasonable rates.

This was the quietest Hotel I have stayed in, in a long time. Our room was on the highway side but the traffic noise was minimal. I didn't need to use my earplugs. Would stay here again.

This was the cleanest, quietest, and safest feeling place we stayed in during our vacation. This was a drastic change to the other 2 places we stayed in during our travels to and from Florida.

At midnight is very loud noise came from room is stair, running and dancing while I tried to sleep after long drive. This place suck I'm not recommend anyone to stay there.

Great Price, very pleasant staff, wish the pillows were a little better quality but sufficient and the would prefer the bathroom and sink area together since i get up very early. I rayed 4 stars. For what we received and the price I would rate a 5 stars.

Expedia didn’t let the hotel know I was bringing dogs. I had contacted Expedia when I booked and the agent agreed to send a text to the hotel but they had no record of receiving it. I will be booking directly with the hotel on future visits. Expedia needs to capture the requirement for a pet friendly room.

We have stayed at this property many times when in town for hockey games. The woman behind the desk always remembers us and greets us with a smile.

The establishment is dated…at least in that part where guests with pets are located and the way the hotel is operated is as well. Communication and check in with front desk was fine though I could not pay the pet fee with cash. Exterior pet area was not clean and there are no poop bags or receptacles for disposal. No privacy in hotel room as 1/2 of the bathroom (sink, mirror, towels) was located directly in the living space between front door and sleeping area. Breakfast was fine. I personally would not return to this hotel / location.

We stayed here for a last minute ski trip to Jack Frost and Big Boulder, both around 30 mins away. Our room was clean and spacious and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was OK, no cooked options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay again if in the area.
