The Space:

The kid-friendly bunk room is a dream come true, featuring two sturdy bunk beds with four twin-sized beds and two full-sized beds—ideal for children and teens to enjoy sleepovers, game nights, and vacation fun in their own dedicated space.



Backyard-

Free parking is available both on the premises and along the street. For those flying in, the closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away. From the airport, you can easily reach us via car or ride-sharing services. Public transportation options are limited in The Villages, so a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services are the most practical ways to get around. Enjoy your stay!

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!
