This hotel was exactly like their website and photos. Clean with a wonderful staff! The breakfast offers options. I would definitely stay there again!!

We had another hotel guest walking down the hallway in his underwear. We didn't need to see that. The room was pretty clean but the drapes didn't close. The sun was in my face very early. No balcony or view either 😔

See above. The check-in girl on 4/20/24 was not too friendly, and a bit arrogant. The check-out girl in the AM was much better !

This was a very pleasant stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and in great shape. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows and linens. The bathroom was fully stocked and clean. No mold anywhere which is the case in so many motels. The breakfast was a good variety and served warm and tasty. I will definitely use this location again. Just perfect!!!

The hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. We couldn’t get our toddler to sleep since she isn’t used to sleeping outside of a crib. My husband called the front desk and they brought a crib up to our room very fast. The breakfast was great and overall we had a great stay.

The morale among staff is positive which means that they are comfortable with one another. And they are making a living at the very least right!! So combine those workplace pleasantries with warm greetings and you have vacation paradise in Wildwood Florida!

We were there for a volleyball tournament. We were in the lobby before breakfast started and the staff was so nice and brought us out pastries, yogurt and fruit!

The staff at this hotel were awesome. Without getting into too much detail all that is needed to know is that the person working the counter when we checked in was great. He was very understanding of our situation and accommodated us very well. He deserves to be recognized. Great hotel. Very clean and conveniently located.

Poor customer service in emergency situation
Sadly I never got to see the inside of this hotel because I never made it even half way there on an emergency trip to see my grandfather who was in the ICU. One hour or less after booking my hotel, while I was driving to the hospital to see my grandfather, I became sick. Maybe nerves but I had to go home as I couldn’t go to an ICU and be around people sick. I immediately called the hotel to cancel and they told me HOTELS.com would have to request a refund or rebooking. I immediately contacted hotels dot com and after several days they replied that the hotel would not honor my refund knowing the situation as well. I am a long time user of this hotel chain but will never again use them. I will stick with hotels who can understand emergencies for long term customers and who have a heart. I hope my $200 was worth it because you’ll never get a dime again.

Breakfast quality was rather poor. Food quality was less than satisfactory. The server did not have attention to what's missing. Juice was not available, waffle machine was empty, eggs were missing, etc. Servers took a lot of time to refill.

Place is okay for an emergency stop! The beds were comfortable and the room okay! Right next to a trailer park but not far from the highway! The breakfast is one of the worst I have ever seen, but many people are okay with powdered eggs and bad bacon!

Nicest hotel in that area
Was overall happy with the stay here twice in 2 months. There is a busy truck stop area down the street you dont need to visit. nothing near by to socialize at however the hotel is fairly new and clean. Was pretty quiet and peaceful. Staff was nice. If brownwood inn is booked or overpriced this is the next best choice. Check out napolians italian restaurant about 15 min away for good food and don Garlits drag museum about 20 min away.
