The screen enclosed lanai offers solar shades and comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day of fun. The beautiful lanai is also a great place to end your day of activities with your new friends before heading off to the squares to dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes FREE WiFi, 4 SEATER GOLF CART, NATURAL GAS BBQ and UV STERILIZATION LIGHT to reduce the potential germs, mold and viruses from the air conditioning system, and high speed internet, both WiFi and hard-wired connections for work or gaming. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You’re also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
