"Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und das Apartment war sehr sauber und auch was man so in der Küche braucht war alles vorhanden. Cons: Eine kleine stolperfalle in der Küche mit dem Absatz, aber nach paar Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt. ;-)"

"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "Sehr nette Vermieter, freundlich und besorgt. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt war nicht nennenswert, da die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt, aber wenn man raus geht, hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Zillertal und dabei kann man auf der Sonnenterrasse sitzen. Skifahren war toll, noch nicht so viele Skifahrer, aber auch noch nicht so viel Schnee. Die Wohnung mit der ruhigen Lage ist optimal für zwei Personen."

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
