Perfect little room for me and my wife on our brief trip to Wick. Communications pre-visit made sure that I knew exactly how to access the property and our room, even though the owners weren't there. On arrival, there were a few cars on the car park, but still space for us. I took a little wash down the road, and had a wonderful view of the coastline of the North East of Scotland.

Self checkin, all infos are provided in advance. Parking convenience but a bit out of the city. The real name is Impala guest house, not properly well indicated. Bathroom was a lil dirty, yellowish water into the wc, some hair around. Appreciated the common fridge. Good heating system and comfy bed. Nice for 1 night stay but I'd not choose it again eventually.

This is a really nice guest house. Very clean and comfortable. My room had a comfortable bed, armchair, desk and stool, ensuite bathroom and kettle with tea and coffee. It was very quiet, and it is a nice part of Wick to stay in.

Really easy check in. Stunning clean room and excellent value for money. The off-street parking is right beside the property and easy to find. The kitchen area with air fryer and microwave was really useful too. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I’m ever in Wick again. Our room was also so quiet we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Thank you so so much!

A good base to stay for a few nights whilst visiting the area. Regretfully no breakfast was available - the local Tesco has a café and the Alexander Bain Pub in the centre of Wick both have breakfast menus, with the latter doing cheap but good pub grub in the evening. Clean sheets and towels were provided and the (single) room itself had an en suite with shower, a kettle and TV. The room was lockable with its own key. The location was quiet and about 1 mile from the town centre. There was good parking available (5 or 6 cars), but the guest house must've been busy one night as I ended up parking on the road. Check-in details were e-mailed to me in time. A guest handbook and tourist information was provided in the room.
