"Check in to this property was fairly simple, staff was nice enough at check in. Bedroom was clean, daughter noticed a stain on her sheet, which she removed. Side note: I hate hotels with carpet. Okay back to business, next kitchenette and closet were fine. Bathroom, towels were left on the counter as if housekeepers left in a hurry. The toilet paper roll was empty as was back up TP. OMG when I got to the shower that was actually listed as a combination tub/shower but was not, IT WAS DISGUSTING!! There was so much hair in the shower, the drain, the walls, and outside the shower on the floor. At first I didn’t notice there was so much hair but the more I used my scrubber stick to do my own cleaning the more hair piled up on the sponge, and then I flat out gave up because that shower needed a full detail cleaning. Back to that carpet, if my shower had that much hair, I can only imagine what the carpet would look like if the carpet was light and not dark in color. At this point I couldn’t take the room, so I reported back to the front desk. Insert new desk clerk who was amazing and really did try to fix our situation. We were moved from the 5th floor to the 7th floor, after settling in our room no more than 10 minutes I begin to sneeze nonstop and did not stop until after checking out. I was miserable. Enjoyed the hot tubs, kickback event shout out the the the bartender , the restaurant shout out to older black lady. I’m terrible with names sorry. Amenities and town are great!!"
