"This centrally located hotel is perfect for a trip in or around Morpeth. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms were large and spacious, and the beds comfortable and clean. The rooms and public areas would benefit from some decoration as they detract from the fantastic customer service the staff offers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area"

"Exceptional quality for the price point - I'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. "Nice large room, and quiet, although alongside A1. Bed and pillows a little too firm for my liking, and was woken at 1 am by a very noisy group of women thumping and talking loudly down the corridor - not comfortable enough to go back k to sleep again, but the noise was not the fault of the hotel. Generally a good place to stay, nice food and a decent breakfast."
