« Nous sommes déçus et fâchés...nous avions réservé cet hôtel car il y avait une navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et le motel. Navette en panne et nous avons du prendre un taxi, à nos frais...au check in on ne nous a pas demandé de reçu du taxi, alors qu'on aurait pu l'avpir, le chauffeur de taxi étant encore présent...mais le lendemain on nous a demandé un reçu pour un éventuel remboursement... Pas cool du tout... »

« Location décevante. Les photos ne reflètent pas les lieux. Vétuste, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de table ni de chaise, pas de portemanteau,pas de télécommande. Il faut se lever pour éteindre la lumière, le drap du dessus était juste posé et plié en 2, la couverture douteuse. Point positif, la salle d’eau était flambant neuve ainsi que le carrelage. Mais la lunette des wc était plus petite que la cuvette!! J’ai abrégé mon séjour. »

"Des difficultés pour obtenir la navette gratuite à l'aéroport: aucune prise de RDV par mail, malgré notre demande, uniquement par appel téléphonique à l'arrivée. Etant étrangers et en transit 24h nous n'avions pas le réseau pour appeler. Pas de pancakes au petit déjeuner, alors que présents sur la carte, un service au restaurant hyper lent! Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre propre, mais mériterait une bonne rénovation."
