Nestled on five acres in the midst of a quiet forest where huckleberries abound, this spacious home is five miles north of Columbia Falls, 15 miles from the West Glacier Park entrance and 15 miles from the city of Whitefish. Nearby lakes, mountains, and rivers provide ample recreation opportunities, as well as space for your dogs to run around - they are welcome for a fee. Upon arriving at this home, note the covered outdoor area. A gas grill and patio furniture make this a great place for a barbecue . There is also an outdoor fire pit with large rocks for seating. We were so happy to find a place that was pet friendly for our dog too. The listing was described with accuracy and we really loved the peace and quiet of the house and surrounds. We had hot days while we were in the area but the AC worked well; and we opened the windows in the evening to let in the cool evening air. Not far from Glacier west Apgar entrance. About 2 1/2 hour drive to Many Glacier but the drive is beautiful scenery. We went via Looking Glass road which is on cliff edges but we loved it.
