Mar 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice location; comfortable Not bad for a ski trip--not quite ski-in/ski-out because you do have to walk up to the end of the parking lot (3-4 minutes, so no biggie, plus a short flight of stairs at the unit itself), but pretty close! The views out the balcony were nice. My only main communication issue is that when I reserved this through VRBO, I didn't get an automatic confirmation. It said it was being reviewed. There was no closure until I actually called Whitefish directly and they confirmed the reservation. Only then did I get a confirmation email. That was a bit disconcerting because when you are planning a last minute ski trip you need to know if you're going to get the condo you want right away because if you don't get it, you need to move quickly to other options; there should be no reason to do a delayed confirmation through VRBO. Having said that, the folks at Whitefish are great and the general store was really nice. I didn't need to go off resort at all. And the clean-up process was easy too. Some of these condos have a lot of items to complete before you can leave but this was pretty straightforward and easy. Really nice. ##### Kahlib F.
