With three bedrooms that can sleep six, a spacious family room, and a large outdoor space, this home is a perfect location to experience all Vermont has to offer. Located close to Quechee, VT and Woodstock VT, as well as many ski areas, this home has something for everyone.

About this space
As you enter this home through the mud room where you'll find ample space for your ski gear. The first-floor features two living rooms, each with its own unique atmosphere. Cozy up in the main living room off the kitchen, which has a wonderful, attached library - perfect for enjoying the scenery overlooking the hillside. The dining room, just off the kitchen, has enough seating for eight and is a ideal space for entertaining. The TV room and office, located just past the dining room, provide a modern space for relaxing or working. At the end of the day, head upstairs to the three bedrooms and full bathroom. The first bedroom on your left features a queen bed and ample closet space. Down the hall, you will find the bathroom on your right, followed by the second bedroom with twin bunk beds. At the end of the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed. This tranquil space is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Woodstock, Vermont - America's most beautiful town - is a must-see for anyone who loves the outdoors and is only 15 minutes away. The town is in the heart of the Green Mountains, offering stunning views in all four seasons. In the winter, visitors can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at one of the many nearby ski resorts. For those who prefer to stay on the ground, there are miles of cross-country skiing and hiking trails to explore. In the spring and summer, Quechee, VT is the perfect place to explore. Or you can simply enjoy the natural beauty of Vermont by taking a scenic hike or a leisurely stroll through town. No matter what time of year you visit, Woodstock and Quechee will not disappoint.

House Notes
This home welcomes one dog up to 40 lbs. with an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10am. All three bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a second bedroom with a queen, and the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed (two twins). There is a full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, a second full bath on the first floor, and finally a half bath on the first. Max occupancy is 8 (6 in beds, with an additional 1 to 2 on the queen air mattress provided).
