Its great to have a kitchenette. Room was a good size and clean. Quiet area plus it had laundry room in The lobby. Checking in was smooth and front desk was very helpful.Will definitely recommended and come stay again.

This hotel is poorly managed. One example: On check in, the staff hands you a coffee maker. We discovered that ours had two used coffee pouches in it. Then we discovered that it didn't work. This type of issue reflects poorly on both employees and management.

Got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes . uncalled for, called down to the desk and he said they were full and couldn’t move us.. horrible customer service

Very Clean Room
Probably one of the nicest stays I ever had. Hotel staff helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone for an extended stay.

The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no restroom in the lobby area, so after a long drive it is especially inconvenient. The hallway leading to our room had a musky smell & the breakfast was a granola bar with coffee... Definitely not what I anticipated breakfast to be...

Great staff, sweet and friendly everyone one of them. However, the property rooms could use some updating. The doors are all very loud, and in the morning the male cleaner was going from room to room really fast getting sheets and blankets. The doors were BANGING over and over for about 20 minutes. The parking is a little strange with a parking structure behind the building, but there is plenty of room. You have quick access to the freeway and there is Sleepy Hollow and Rockefeller park nearby. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a great diner is a block away.

Overall the room is nice as well has the hotel but in the bathroom there were 2 roaches that we saw crawling on the wall. If we weren’t so tired we would have left suitcase went back in the car and we shoo out clothes to be on the safe side. I’ve stayed here before and it has always been lovely! Was shocked to see roaches this time!

Apparently all remaining smokers stay at this hotel. The fire alarms went off at 2 am- someone pulled it in the lobby, which was unstaffed.

On the first day of a 2-day stay I had no hot water. Also, someone from the cleaning staff carried on a conversation with a guest in a room across the hall from mine for a half hour while I was trying to sleep. It only ended when I opened my door and asked them to talk somewhere else! Ànd I had to ask them twice! Another problem I had was that my room had no microwave oven, and every room has to have one. The front desk clerk didn't even know that! I had to switch rooms after check-in. Finally, beware of the fact that this hotel allows pets. I heard a dog barking every time I opened and closed my door. I can't recommend this hotel.

Everything was ok but the smoke alarm battery went dead at midnight and beeped every few minutes. Also someone was playing music until 9 am on the floor.

The staff is fantastic, the manager is very communicative and attentive. but the rooms have a lot of smell of food, the sink was covered, there are also very strange people around the hotel. Also be very careful with children. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE AT ANY TIME.

TERRIBLE .... AVOID
It was just a night stay to catch flight from JFK. The rooms are pretty dirty, the bed is very very uncomfortable, I could hear springs making noise when I toss and turn. I could not sleep properly. Shower water flow is like just dripping. I will never ever stay in this hotel again...
