We enjoyed our one night stay. The covered walkway in the parking lot is a nice touch. The area is quiet and not far from the center of town.

The room was fine, it was the staff that was exceptional. Our 87 year old Mother had an episode that concerned us enough to call 911, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly, kept us informed, and was very kind to us. Everything turned out well, and their help was greatly appreciated. We also loved the cafe that was available right in the lobby, breakfast and dinnner options were exceptional. We would return! Thank you again.

We attended a funeral that required easy access to New City and Hawthorne. We arrived from Montreal. The hotel has recently been renovated so it was fresh and modern on the inside. Clean like home and quiet. Also, lots of restaurants on Main St about a 10 minute drive. Only drawback was where the elevators are located. A long trek to and from our room to get to the ice machine and lobby. Not a big deal. We’d stay there again.

I’ve stayed here many times and they have recently renovated. The new carpet in the hallway was badly needed and it looks great now. The rooms repainted and new carpet as well. Very safe and quiet here.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The lobby, parking lot and grounds were clean and modern . The only reason I did not rate the hotel a 5 was because my drapes did not close completely and the room decor seemed dated.

Not sure how this hotel has a "fabulous" rating. I was there for one night and wouldn't want to stay any longer. The hotel is dated. There were a few different spots on my sheets and pillows. Nothing crazy, but not as clean as I would have liked. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy. Check-in was a breeze. Will likely look for something a little more modern and cleaner for my next trip to the area though.
