"We had a wonderful stay at the "Country" cabin (the third one on the side). The inside of the cabin was exactly as pictured on the site—very clean, quaint, and comfortable. It is located close to the owner’s residence, and sitting outside on the deck listening to the birds chirp was beautiful and relaxing.The Perfect Location for WaterfallsThis cabin was the perfect base camp for our waterfall adventures. We were able to easily visit:Twin FallsGreat FallsPiney FallsFall Creek FallsLost Creek FallsCrane Creek FallsBurgess Falls / Cummins Falls (about an hour away)Food NearbyWe found some great local spots during our trips:Renea's Kitchen At Midway (excellent for a meal near the cabin)Lazy Cow Creamery (perfect for ice cream)Gio's Pizzeria in Cookeville (a great stop when visiting Cummins Falls)A Few Things to NoteWhile we loved our stay, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. When all the cabins are fully booked, you are positioned very close to the neighboring cabin, which takes away a little bit of the privacy and peacefulness when sitting on the deck. Also, a local woodpecker acted as our early morning alarm clock!Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean place to stay if you looking to explore the nearby falls."
